Not Authorized to View Resource when ...

Folks,

I'm editing a survey in the backend of Joomla. When I attempt to "Click & drag to sort", I received an error message. The following is the message:

You are not authorized to view this resource.| RC=1

The survey is published beginning 12/21/2016 with an end date of 12/31/2017. Additionally, the survey permissions are set to Public.

I am running Joomla 3.6.5, MySQL 5.5.52, PHP 7.0.13, and Community Surveys 4.3.

I'm not sure why Community Surveys is not allowing me to re-order the survey questions. Any help would be appreciated.
