I tried to display a survey on an artical using loadsurvey function. The survey was displayed in the article but the layout was vedery messy. I attached the screen printout here.

The other thing is I set private survey to 'No' and the restriction to 'None' but when I logout and tried to access the article, the article came out but the survey said 'You are unauthorised to respond to this survey.'

The last thing is that, on the 'Create/Edit Survey' page, how to remove the topmost bar above the page title?
