I would like advice on how I could implement this with Community Surveys.

[Goal]

Create a public survey page where people can feedback on consultants

[Environment]

total number of consultants to be evaluated: 10,000 – 125,000

distribution is like this:

There are 50 cities

In each city, there are 10 to 50 offices

At each office, there are 20 to 50 consultants

Survey form: only 1 type

[Question]

• Are there any easy ways to achieve this?  I’d like to avoid maintaining dozens of survey forms.
• I have Mosets Tree directory extension. Can I somehow use it with Community Surveys?

I would appreciate your advice.
