[BUG] Conditions for conditional questions are not copied

Hi,

when duplicating a survey by clicking "Save as Copy", the conditions of questions are lost in duplication.

Joomla Version: 3.7.0

CommunitySurveys Version: 4.3.5

CjLib Version 2.5.9

Can you please try to reproduce on your environment and fix it in the next version?
