Firstly - let me compliment you on an excellent product! We do surveys for a living and have tried quite a few Joomla survey plugins, but Community Surveys is absolute by far the best - robust, flexible and user-friendly. And excellent support, so a big thanks to you! 

Currently a minor issue: we have 7 or 8 surveys running at any one time, some of them with up to 6000 respondents. No problem downloading CSV from smaller surveys, but when we try to download a CSV from a survey with more than 2000 responses I get an HTTP error 500. Though it could be PHP related so increased PHP timeout from 2 minutes to 8 minutes, bit still the same. Sure must be a timeout setting somewhere - any ideas? The survey is still running and is working perfectly.
