Folks,

I have a one question quick survey I am doing and want to "turn off" the Page 1 on the survey. You can see my survey here:

I have the Show JumpToPage Menu turn off on the survey settings and in the component settings. I cannot figure out how to remove the page number heading. Any help would be appreciated.
