I found following bug.

The survey is in published state.

1. Initially all restrictions were active, namely IP, Cookie, Username, None. On side note, you do not need None, if all other settings are unchecked then it is none automatically. Right now, none and other settings can be selected. It is difficult to understand.

2. Then I wanted to remove IP based restriction. Then unchecked IP and saved. Save was successful. But when it reloaded it was showing IP as active. This was not expected.

3. When I keep only None and save. It works.
