When setting conditional rules on almost any type of item,

The "if user do not answer this question" doesn't appear to be functioning at all - either the redirect or the finalize.

This forces us to make any question with any sort of rules to be mandatory or the flow just goes on to the next question/page and we can't control the flow of the survey properly.
