I have created my first survey, set it to be 'public' yet when I send out the global URL I get access denied (403) Here is the global URL: https://homerta.org/index.php?option=com_communitysurveys&view=survey&id=1&Itemid=325&skey=Sa7SmVSZXjBXQbX3 

Additinally, I have menu item assigned to the survey ( https://homerta.org/index.php/for-members/negotiations-survey ) and it will display fine yet when I click 'Start Survey' i get an 'you are not athorized to view this resource' message. 

Any help will be appreciated.....
