Is there a way to use PHP in surveys?

Reason: A school offers courses. After course end the students judge the quality by completing a survey form.

The teacher must make sure, each survey contains the correct course number and his name. Right now, each student must select course number and name eof teacher from a dropdown list.

It would be far more easy and professional if these information are pre-selected.

My idea is: The teacher logs in into Joomla, selects the survey and a PHP script automatically checks user ID and then selects the correct course number and name of teacher.

Is it possible to do this?

If not, other solution?
