Title CSS Class: how to set it up ?

I would like to customize the title of one question. Therfore I want to use the dedicated entry and I did not find the solution.

In the front end, I change the title with inspector with
#cj-wrapper .panel-title { font-size: 14px;  color: #a11;}
If I put the same css code in the Tab 'Customize' field 'Title Css class' and nothing happen.

Can you help me ? What is the right syntax to Customize Css Class ?
