I created a Single Selection (Radio) with answers from 0 - 5. Then I created a Radio Grid. 

I created a Conditional Rules under Single Selection (Radio) field and selected:

 If user select an answer/column > Show question on this page and selected the Radio Grid which is in the same page.

But when I went to the frontpage and view the survey form, the Single Selection (Radio) field is not visible but I can see the Radio Grid. I thought it was caused by my template override but I tried to disable it and still I am getting that issue.

Can you check on that please.
