Change address field items

Hi,

I need to change the items in the "Address" field question layout : 

I have found this answer here : https://www.corejoomla.com/forum/support/community-surveys/14552-address-field-defaults.html but the file mentioned is no longer there in the latest version

Can you point me in the right direction on how to do this in the latest version ?
