Issues with admin email notifications

Did you mean the email notifications are not sent or the field is not working? I see no issue with field and can add rows. Please send me your website details on support page to check the issue.

I meant that, I could add rows and add email addresses there, but the system wouldn't send the emails to these addresses at all. Do you still want to have the admin access to my website, or would you like to test this feature first on your own website first?

I can confirm that issue. Same thing here.

I tested in my test site and can see the notification when I respond to the survey. Please check the following.

1. Community Surveys - Surveys plugin is enabled
2. The notifications are queued in Components -> CjLib -> Email Queue

If the notifications are in queue, and are in pending status, that means they are not getting triggered. Either configure the cronjob or enable manual cron option in the CjLib options.

The plugin was disabled. I have enabled it and it is working fine now.

It is now sending emails to admin "Notification Emails IDs" entered at the survey level.
But it is also sending the email to the email address of the author of the survey. Can we disable the email to the author?

Disable "Send Email Notifications" option in the Community Surveys options to disable the sitewide email notifications. This option will not effect the custom notification email ids or admin emails. You still can go to the Community Surveys - Surveys plugin and disable admin notifications.
