Public Survey Requires Site Login
Latest Joomla 1.5 and Community Survey Versions

New User. Created survey. Anonymous is yes. Public survey clicked. Public Report Permissions no.
In backend parameters, I have on guest access and all user groups are selected within the "Component Access:" permissions area.
After creating the survey, I clicked the 'Share Survey' link and copied the URL. I placed this URL as a menu link and inside a module as a link.
When testing as a public member, Joomla is requiring a login to access survey.
I have tried clearing cookies and cache, but no luck. What am I not seeing? Thanks in advance.
