I want to be able to split the Categories when you imput a new track
eg top level is country
eg

uk
us
france

and so on, this is the first dropdown

then a second level will bring up a new dropdown for sub cats eg under uk
wales
scotland
north west

and so on

so the members of our site can find the tracks in there area in there country rather than having to use the search or a masive menu to pick from

also do the same thing in the GPS Tools Categories so you select the country and it will display all for that country then it shows a list of areas in that country

can this be done if so what files would need to be edited
