Migrate from Community Builder to Sociable

Community Builder has many different functions which are not yet available in Sociable, for example paid subscriptions. So any official migration script will be a lossy migration. However, I am still planning to write script to help people who stuck with it and willing to forego some features (may be added later in Sociable). 

I am looking for some good demo data for migration, any help is much appreciated.
