We are pleased to announce Community Polls v2.0.0 beta 3 release. In this release we have added more exiting features. A brief intro:
- Color palletes: You can choose from 10 color palletes to display the poll in selected colors. Each poll can have its own pallete.
- 4 Chart types: Bar chart, Pie chart, Simple bar chart, Google pie chart
- Poll suggestions: Now ajax enabled. Loads list on demand to reduce server load.
- Timeline chart: Now displays timeline chart for voting statistics. Presently available for simple bar chart and google pie chart.
- Updated poll suggestions
- Local theme selection: Now you can select theme from component configuration. If you have more than one corejoomla products, you can style each component in its own theme. Requires CoreJoomla jQuery plugin v2.0.1 or later.
Please report any bugs on forum and make the component more stable and feature rich.

We are pleased to announce the much awaited Community Polls rewrite v2.0.0 beta 01.
We have refactored the complete code to adhere to our quality control measures as well as enhanced the user interface to support web 2.0 design. The new version includes a table-less template which is fully compatible with CoreJoomla jQuery plugin.
Number of new features added here are few important changes:
- Complete UI redesign
- New dashboard page in place of listing page to support configurable listing blocks
- Inhouse charts (bar and 3D Pie) instead of Google charts
- Table-less design
- Fully compatible with CoreJoomla jQuery plugin and 24 themes available
- Natual searching of polls
- Can attach links to the answers
