Not clear on how the SAVE Button is suppose to work so thought I'd ask since it doesn't seem to be working too well on my site.

But first, can you tell me where I go to change the COLOR of it?

Now on to real question:

I have multiple SURVEYS on one page (average 15) so I enabled the SAVE button so users can scroll through and vote and move on to next survey. But if they thought they had an answer but unsure, they could hit SAVE and come back to it later.

So I experimented and HIT SAVE on one or two Surveys. I then either REFRESHED Page and/or went to another page and came back. When back on page, the VOTE I had placed was not there. So my interpretation is that it didn't "save" my vote. My voting is just simple radio buttons.

So how is this suppose to work? Is this a defect?

Currently, it seems that you can only save and work on one survey at a time.  It would be useful to be able to save responses in a survey, save it and edit it later - for example when a consultant is completing one survey many times for different clients.  Is that currently possible?

I normally wouldn't ask for this because I know a lot of time goes into making this software, but when I purchased Community Surveys the version was 3.7.1. After looking at the change log there seems to be may bugs that were fixed in the newer versions. Because I'm entering my third year of medical school my focus was on studying, and I didn't have time to update before my subscription expired (01.28.2015). 

Would it possible to receive one final update, and if not the newest version (v3.8.3) would you consider doing the version just before my subscription expired (v3.7.6)?

I know this is a lot to ask, but I would be extremely grateful for any help.

Can you please let me know how can I set a custom redirect on Community Survey component after complete survey. Means after completing the survey user must redirect to Contact or Home page.

I want to add this feature to the component, so can you please let me know how can I achieve this. On which file I need to set a custom redirect.

should public users be able to Save their survey for completing later on? 

The save button is visible but when I select it, then refresh the page the survey starts from the begining again. Is this how it is mean to behave? 

Logged in users obviously save fine.

Hi, me again :(

I'm finalising my survey now and I find 2 last problems :

1. The skip to page conditional rules are not working when loading the survey in an article via the load survey method {LOADSURVEY ["id": 1]}

The on page conditional rules are working. And if I create a Community Survey menu item the skip to page rules work (but I need the survey inside the article...)

2. When we hit continue to go to the next survey page, I need the page to scroll to the top of the page question block, as some of these pages are long.

Can you point me in the right direction please ?

When someone is filling out a survey where the special field - name (question type 13) is and you have filled out less than 3 values (even if you were to hide the title field) it would not save the values put in.

This code checks if al 3 fields (no less, no more) is filled in before it is able to save.

Please remove this if statement, why would it be relevant how many fields for question type 13 you would fill out before saving?

1- Can help me to display survey start date and end date in LIST_ITEM_META_DATA?

2- Can i change the circles in report chart to columns? and make the report for all survey not only for every question?

I'm trying to do an anonymous survey, but I found a strange behaviour, when I try to do the same survey from two sides at the same time (two different computers, or two different browsers), the responses seems to be "shared" between them, and the responseId of the surveys are the same. Also, when I refresh the browser during the survey in order to start it again from zero, the responseId continues being the same and the questions appears already answered. It seems like the id's are not generated properly when the survey starts.

1) CSV-Export
CSV-Export gives me some joomla-user-data (user-id, user-name, loginin-name). If I need more user-data (e.g. email-address and last visit-data), which file do I need to manipulate?
Is it
administrator/components/com_communitysurveys/models/users.php
AND
administrator/components/com_communitysurveys/models/report.php
or different/others ones???

2) Additional profile-fields
As said in 1), I´d like to have even more additional user-profile-fields. Do you have any suggestions for joomla-extension that would work easily with it?

3) Unique Survey URLs without user-login
I gonna use "Unique Survey URLs"  - with one unique URL for a certain user. But I´d like to give the user the possibility to do the survey without the need to login with username and password. But I want to allocate the URL to the user myself.
So first of all I would give user-profile a new field with unique-URL per user...
Then when starting the survey I need to check the unique URL and fetch the associated user-ID. In the end I need to save the user-id to database (like user would have been logged in).
My question: Which/where are the files I need to manipulate?

I have this problem : When i want to start answering a survey, from the global invitation link, or another way, the Start survey Button does not work. With the IE developpement tool (F12), i can see that de data behind the button is not defined. If i logon whith my super user joomla account, the survey starts, i can answer but the 'Finish survey' Button does not work

I have updated to the latest version of Community Surveys plugin this afternoon. Much to my disappointment I found that my surveys are not there anymore. I had to roll back my site and to the previous version of the plugin in order to see my survey again.

Is there a way to export my survey from the previous version before I updated so that I can import it into the new version as soon as i update again?? Or am I going to have to create the surveys from the start again?

I have clicked around but can not find any export functionality.

I made a survey but now on Iexplore 11 it is hanging on Please Wait.  (see picture)
The survey link is tried in Firefox and in Chrome, there it is working. Has someone a idea what is going wrong, or what setting to change so the survey also works in IE ?

When  a visitor clicks the comlete button, the paga "hangs". It will not go to the redirect or thank you page.

I tried to export the survey, but then I get  a blank page.
Because of  the hanginh I wanted to export and import to another site, where the surveys do end correctly.
(on that one export survey also gives blank page).

Hope that someone has suggestions where to look.

Is it currently possible to have a navigation that allows a user completing a survey to jump between pages?  For example, an autogenerated menu system that lists each page title. For a survey that is 50 pages long, next & previous can be a bit cumbersome.
