there is a Bug in every survey and some of our customer have problems with this. 

When inadvertently someone klick on the ENTER Button on the Keyboard while there are filling out the Survey, the Survey ends and will be send, so that the customer cannot bring it to the end.

Is it possible to make a query so that in this case you have to klick on ok bevore the Survey is send?
