In Community Surveys there should be "Advanced reports and charts". After doing some test surveys I can only export the results to boring PDF's and CSV's with raw data. I bought this extension to see nice reports and graphic charts of the results. E.g. a chart of the percentage yes/no answers per question or a summary of all the filled out information by the users or how many times a certain multiple choice answer is choosen. Where can I find these charts and advanced reports?? I hope they are out there otherwise it's nothing more than a regular form builder.

When I try to download a CSV file of a report, I get an error message (ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE).

When I try to download an XML of a survey, I get the following message: "Warning: require_once (PEAR.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in / var / www / practices .dk / public_html / components / com_cjlib / lib / misc / Serializer.php on line 53 ".

What could be the reason for that?

I have seen various post that mention  reports on PDF format... but I can't find this option anywhere... I need to be able to genereta the consolidated report on PDF... is this posible?, how?

We just published our first survey, however in the reports dashboard, the operating system, devices and locations is not showing anything (shows 0)!!!... is there anything we need to activate or do something for these reports to work?

(Total responses and Total completed responses seem to be working OK)

We are using latest joomla, and community components

Please advice...
