Make certain menu items optional for showing

I would like to have an option in the backend to show some discover menu items in the frontend or not. Like the Forum Members and Recent Activity, which then only should be visible for logged in users.

I also would like to have that option in the My Stuff menu (when logged in on the frontend) for the Reputation option (as we don't use that for example).

And in the Forum Leaderboard I would like to have the option to not show the Karma in the frontend (as that is related to the Reputation).

This feature development is completed. The feature will be available in CjForum v3.3.0.

The access controls shall be restricted using the menu items if access to any page needs to be restricted.
