Guest survey completion thank you email to include their name

You've already said that a public/guest survey responder's name doesn't appear in their "thank you" email, however it's really important to us to create a relationship with these survey submitters and as they are being asked for their name (as per the "name" question box) could you kindly have a think about a way that this could be achieved.

If they are a registered user, their name is  in the user profile, if a guest, an author needs to publish a page with the name question, and the backend needs an option to include, if not registered, and "name" question exists, include "title", and/or "first name" and/or "surname" for email inclusion.

Your development of this (important for survey authors who want to be able to attract public guests) suggestion would be appreciated.
