Multiple Notifications per Survey or Category

It would be very helpful to us if there was an option to include, at either the individual survey level or the category level, to have multiple receipients for notification emails.

We have set up multiple user groups, and each user group has permissions to create surveys in their own category. So in addition to the author getting notifications, being able to have all members of a group getting notifications for the surveys in their category would be a real benefit.
