Survey Level Email Template

Hi!

I couldn't find a way to enable a specific email template for a specific survey. The current solution seems to mandate since the template for all surveys once enabled the feature. This will be extremely useful for customising the needs to meet the diverse need of multiple surveys concurrently running on the platform.
