Hi. I would like that admin can set a time to reply about every quiz question so if the user don't reply to that question within that time (i.e. 10 seconds) the component show next question or end the quiz as not completed (according how admin configure that). Please let me know. -

After I install CJLib and then Community Survey Extensions, there was no error but when I try to access it by going to Components to look for Community Surveys, It was not listed under components. What is wrong? my Joomla is 3.4 -

Hi, Do you mean community quiz folder? I have disabled the community polls. I have checked that media/communitypolls/images folder exist. And images have been uploaded there until 7th of August. Please see attached image. -

Your survey is not private survey, so whenever someone access your survey it will create a new response id. This applies even for bots like search engines etc. So make sure your survey is not accessible publicly if it is a public survey with no intro page. -

I have just installed Community Surveys on a Joomla! 2.5.28 site. I have a one page survey(Public Survey, Response Type:Onymous). I found the Responses are very odd. There are so many "pending" status(90 show pending status, only 20 actually completed). Help please. Can you please check if the folder media/communitypolls/images folder exist and your images are being uploaded there? -

Hi, thanks for your reply. I did what you suggested and i got this massage: Fatal error: Class 'JComponentRouterBase' not found in /hp/cl/ac/ur/www/components/com_cjblog/router.php on line 12 I also see that i am working still wiht joomla 3.1.5 for this website and i am not able (i dont' know why) to update to the new version of joomla. I got that the version of joomla is unknown and when i try to update it i got an error. Maybe the 2 things are connected? Hope to see soon somthing about it from you. Thanks in advance! Just wanted to share some ideas about new components with you: CommunityVideos Features needed: - ability to add remote videos (youtube, vimeo) featch description, thumbnail etc. from there - like/dislike feature (support for CJForum, Jomsocial, EasySocial) - nested categories - tag support (tagcloud-module) - add videos to playlists - integration for joomla search Have you ever thought about such a component? Limit - can be done Already answered - its not shown, at present as well. Wrong answered selected again - the result calculated on the fly and not stored anywhere. So it will be a non-ending search for questions to find wrongly answered/non-answered questions at some point in the queue. I am not inclined towards maintaining altogether a separate dataset just for this feature. -

Ok I understand. But I didn't found an important feature: LIMIT If always all questions are selected, it's a non-ending quiz... It would be nice to create a quiz with e.g. 10 random questions of a category. That would be a kind of questionpool. Next useful feature (after a limit is possible) would be, that these questions are not fully random: - a correct answered questions does not appear again, until all other questions of this category where selected PER USER (queue per user) - wrong answered questions stay in queue That would be my wishlist for your extension :) -

Hi Andreas, There is no need for hundreds of categories. It will consider all questions in all quizzes of a category, not just one quiz. And questions can be shown in random selection. If you do not want many categories, just create one and show all quizzes in that category. -

Hello Maverick, I saw, that your quiz-component made already a big step forward, but I am still waiting for a real "question pool". I saw, that category-quizzes are now possible, but I don't want to create hundreds of categories to get hundred quizzes with random questions. I would like to group questions in another way and create quizzes out of them!!! My question is, if it is already possible to show answers in random order? Perhaps you know, that both features (question pool & random answers) are possible with another 3rd party component. In all other points (design, user interface, admin interface, flexibility) you have the best joomla quiz-component :) Regards Andreas
