Hello. I did the procedure you described making re-download and re-installing the translation of the frontend and the problem still persists. There would be another way to help me ? In my understanding of joomla I have no more to do and expected to find a solution to the problem with you . Please... My project is stopped only by this detail . -

I am not exactly sure why Joomla did not translated only selected few translations. But I believe it may be because of language encoding since you translated in some text editor. I have uploaded your file on transifex and updated the downloadable zip file. It will always uses utf-8 encoding. So can you try downloading it again and install it? -

Is that translation fully translated? On Transifex I could see only 20% of the language translation is completed, so all other strings are still in English. -

Like I said ... I downloaded the incomplete translation and finished all of it with TextWrangler as I have always done with several other components ... Attached is the file which corresponds to these fields that are still in English ... see that are all translated .... So that's why I do not understand why some were translated and others were not.Attached sexe fully translated file to Portuguese of Brazil .... note that the fields that match the images that were attached are translated but not appear as translated in the frontend of the site ... -

Hi Sandro, The extension is being used on hundreds of websites and none of them have these problems. So it must be something very specific issue happening on your site. Please send me your website and admin user details using contact us form, and I will fix it for you. -

I downloaded the translation not finished yet for Portuguese of Brazil on the site of you and even link after translating completely there are still places that everything is in English. Could you tell me what is wrong ? This is not the first component to translate using TextWrangler . In printscreen of the screens you can see that I emphasized the items where traduçnao is not applying . -

Just get the community polls, and I already have several problems .... 1. When creating a button calling the component's action " create poll " set up for those who would category and access via frontend get the message that I'm not allowed to access this content ...2. Clicking on the backend on the button " Create New Survey " it directs to a blank page ....3. By clicking on email templates (any model ) I am also directed to a blank page .4. By clicking on Advanced search page that appears is in fully unconfigured native html .Please ask already soluçnao to these issues as overpaid by component and installing 'm already having simple problems that come close to the ridiculous for such an expensive component. settings : Joomla 3.4.8 Template Purity III Updated T3 Framework bootstrap 3
