Hi Maverick, we upgraded our joomla to the latest and did the installation all over again, all seems to be working OK with the exception of the Multi-rating (star rating)... the stars are not showing on this type of "questions" on our webpage... please advice... We also wanted to ask you if there is a way to eliminate the "Cancel" button at the botton of the surveys... we don't want users to be able to see the list of surveys available on the page... or maybe a way to redirect them to our main webpage when they click on the Cancel button... Regards. -

Joomla 3.2.3 is an unsupported version. Joomla project discontinued this version a year ago and CS also stopped supporting it. Please update your Joomla version. -

We have just tried to install community survey but are having troubles. Steps taken to install: 1- install pkg_cjlib.zip (latest 2.4.0)2- install pkg_communitysurveys_v4.0.2No problems are reported when installed but all front-end website goes blank and most of the back-end also goes blank (blank pages).PHP log is throwing the following whenever we click on problematic links:(example)[Thu Jan 14 10:04:35.125017 2016] [:error] [pid 32248:tid 140069046277888] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:46509] PHP Fatal error: Class 'JComponentRouterBase' not found in /var/www/html/components/com_communitysurveys/router.php on line 13, referer: http://www.website.com.sv/administrator/index.php?option=com_plugins&view=pluginsEnvironment tech details: Joomla version: Joomla! 3.2.3 StablePHP version: 5.5.8MySQL version: 5.1.71Joomla system is unusable at this time!Please advice. -

You can change the code, but what you are looking for is changing entire display layout. Displaying each poll on the same page instead of links require complete redesign. -

Not possible. However you can display a poll in any module position using Random Poll module -

Sorry, just saw this reply. I went into Options and Enable Bootstrap was already set to Yes. (Presume this is what you meant by "Load Bootstrap.) I set it to No and there was no change. I am ignorant about my site "loading multiple bootstrap versions on the same page". Can you provide a quick explanation or point me to a page that might explain this and how to resolve it? Thanks! -

Yes, this is a known issue. The option is present but was not used in listing layouts. in the same file, change this code <?php if(isset($item->displayDate)):?> to <?php if($params->get('list_show_date') && isset($item->displayDate)):?> now go to list layout options of CP and select hide for show date option. -

Hi, the translation message for a required choice is not listet in the lang file. The message "Please enter at least one answer and try again." is not shown when no checkbox is chosen. Where can I find those translations? Thanks -
