Dear Maverick,  It does not work again. This is what we meant, pelase check the photos below. If we select the default joomla editor this is disappeared. If this cannot be fixed then leave it, it is not a big issue for us:   if we insert the youtube URL in there then the video is not displayed as per the photo below. It is reasonable that many of our users will try to put a URL in there that's why we are asking but this is not a big problem:   Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Maverick, Thanks for the prompt support. We could not trace the: 1. Go to Community Polls Options and enable Process Content Plugins option. We searched in the plugins as well and we could not find such a plugin. With regards to the second point we did it. Regards, Phivos Constantinou

We only deleted the files from the specified folder and not installed anything in order these files to be replaced. There will be no problem with that?

Sorry for the inconvenience but I did not understand what you mean. In order to make this function (as per the above photo) work, do we have to disable OSyoutube PRO? If yes, this was not working before OSyoutube PRO either way. Any advice?

Dear Maverick, Thanks for the prompt response. We deleted the files from the specified path and everything works properly now. With regards to the latest version of CJlib we have version com_cjlib 2.3.4 installed - because we have the autoupdater. Once we go to downloads we see there the version 2.2.0 that is an earlier one. Is this correct? Please check the link below: https://www.corejoomla.com/downloads/required-extensions.html Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Maverick, Sorry for the inconvenience but we face some issues that we cannot explain ourselves how these arose. It seems that community polls crashed from the one minute to the other. We distinguish these issues into two categories: 1. If you go to create a new poll you receive an error 500 but the poll is submitted correctly. Please create a poll using the test user: login at: penaltara.com username: giorgos password: giorgos and then create a poll at the following link: http://www.penaltara.com/polls/2015-08-20-08-39-17   2. If we go to vote into an extisting poll, the system stucks on the gear that shows the progression of the procedure in order to count the vote and the page stays idle. Although that the vote is counted normally the page stays idle i.e. it does not redirect to the poll results. This does not work for both the component and the module. Please vote on the following poll: http://www.penaltara.com/polls/10-2015-11-04-13-04-53/48-tha-diatirisei-to-aittito-o-osfp-sti-leoforo and please try to vote on the module on the right side bar as well in the link below: http://www.penaltara.com/blog/2015-11-05-15-37-14 For both we face the same issue. Thank you in advance. Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Maverick, Sorry for the late reply. We had some other side projects to run.  We installed the OSyoutube PRO. The videos are correctly displayed in a video format right now once we paste the youtube URL. But, just for informative reasons:  If we go to insert a youtube video through the youtube video function in the "description" tab (as displayed in the photo), the video rectangle is displayed before submitting it. After this is published the youtube video is displayed in the format: and not in a video format. Shouldn't this format be corrected as well with the OSyoutube or not? Because many users will use this format as they will see the the youtube logo there.  Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Maverick,   Tanks for the prompt response. This is for community polls yes. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have not installed any plugin. We just have core joomla. Therefore, from your above reply we understand that we have to install a plugin in order to make the youtube videos work? Which one do you suggest?   Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Hi support. We run some times this period of time on our website and we came across this. Once we go to insert a youtube video through the youtube video function in the "description" tab, the video rectangle is displayed before submitting it. After this is published the youtube video is displayed in the format:    Please check the link below: http://www.penaltara.com/polls/24-2015-11-04-13-48-53/41-ftaiei-o-rontrigkez   How we can correct it?   Regards,   Phivos Constantinou

Dear Maverick, Thank you for the prompt response. The permission settings of that category has "view results" allowed for all the user groups. So, it is weird that it worked for you. Did you vote on the module or on the component? Because for the module it works fine yes.  Me in order to see the results on the component poll after I vote I have to refresh the page. I created 2 more test polls right now and I face the same situation. Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Hi support, We just noticed that once the user votes on a poll then the user is not redirected to the results of the poll but the user remains on the same page viewing the poll's options/answers but he/she cannot vote. Please note that this problem does not count for the modules (modules are correctly redirected to the results once the user votes). Please check the link below for the component. Please vote on the below poll in order to check that you are not redirected: http://www.penaltara.com/polls/9-2015-08-21-17-57-21/17-dokimi-25 Is this how it is supposed to be? We remember in the past that the user was redirected to the poll's results immidiately once he/she voted. Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Mav, We are using joomla 3.4.3. and we selected greek as the primary language under the joomla language manager. This seems not enough as in the "Community Polls" menu items under the language dropdown list, the greek language is not listed there. It seems more complicated than what we anticipated so it is better to just translate the english file because either way there is no greek translation of the extension so we will do the job anyway. Is this correct? Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Mav, No, we have selected a different language from the backend language manager. Greek language. Does this mean that we have to add a language file in the path language/el-GR/el-GR.com_communitypolls.ini? But then we have to select the greek language from the Community Polls component in order to take the terms from the greek languages file? Because right now all the terms are taken from the english file, so it seems easier for us to just translate the english file. Do you suggest something different? Regards, Phivos Constantinou

Dear Mav, If we create a new file as per your last reply  (Create new file in your language folder for ex: language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_communitypolls.ini), that menas that we have to select the language in the Community Polls component in order for the system to read the new file located in the other language, is that correct? Is there such an option in the component? Otherwise shall we just translate languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_communitypolls.ini file to our language?Regards, Phivos Constantinou
