Dear Mav, We have contacted the ES support. We just asked them "Does EasySocial support content plugins?" and we received the following answer: "These are actually being rendered by your Community Polls app and unfortunately we do not provide support for the app. You need to contact the developer of the app to look into this" Any ideas? Dear Mav,Once the user publishes a new poll on his stream the video does not appear in the usual video frame for playing directly on the website. Please check the attached photo and the following link: https://penaltara.com/community/%CE%A0%CF%81%CE%BF%CF%86%CE%AF%CE%BB/470-phivos We contacted OSYoutube support for that and they ask if the application supports content plugin in order to see if they can help. Dear Mav, We just installed an SSL and we face two issues. 1. The EasySocial stream of community polls is not loading. 2. Because of that, the SSL green bar at the top is not displayed. Dear Mav, The version we are using is 4.3.6. We did not set any overrides as far as we know cause we do not know how to set them :) You have a very nice product and if you manage to link it and presen the poll into the EasySocial stream it will be much greater. Regards, Phivos Constantinou -

Dear Mav, We face a weird issue. In the EasySocial community component of our site there is a string that appears many times: "user" created new poll. This appears many times and for various actions i.e. created new poll, voted on a poll e.t.c. but still the string is the same as you can see in the attached photos. 1. How can we control the language string to be different on different actions?2. Is the system designed to show a link to the poll created or voted in the user's EasySocial stream? 3. The string appears on the user's profile page from the moment that he will submit the poll i.e. before the approval and the publication of the poll. Shouldn't this appear only after the poll is approved by the administrator and be published on the website? Regards, Phivos Constantinou -

Dear Mav, Thanks for the prompt reply. We have already checked those options and they were correctly set. As you can see below. All the other emails from other components are sent correctly with no issues. If any emails were sent shouldn't these be included in the "email queue" under the cjlib component? Dear Mav, Happy new year. Hope you are fine! The below issue is NOT urgent in case you are on vacation/public holidays. We are towards the end of our developing phase and we just tried to set our email templates. But :) we noticed that from the very beginning no email notification was sent to the users or admins on new poll created/approved/disapproved e.t.c., in fact no emails were sent at all. We searched a bit in the forums and documentation but we could not find any solution. In addition, in the backend we searched for any email activities and we found only the "email queue" under the Corejoomla Framework Library component, that is completely empty i.e. like no email was ever sent. Dear Maverick, Hope you are fine. We tried to upgrade to the cjlib2.3.8. Having in mind the bugs we faced in the past (some of them described in this ticket) we performed this upgrade first in our testing environment and we face exactly the same problems as described in this ticket opened back then. Please check the following links: http://dev.penaltara.com/blog/2015-11-05-15-33-45 (please vote to the poll on the top right at the right column) http://dev.penaltara.com/polls/10-2015-11-04-13-04-53/76-test123123 (please vote) http://dev.penaltara.com/polls/2015-08-20-08-39-17 (please try to create a poll) We deleted the files in the geoip file as instructed above but the same issue remains. We are not planning to upgrade cjlib in our main site because we face these issues and we are sure that the last time you lost some time to correct it on our site. ok we are using the OSyoutube pro and it is working normally but this is not working on the module as you can see in the link below on the right column: http://www.penaltara.com/blog/2015-11-05-15-38-04/tudor-we-have-problem We contacted the OSyoutube pro support and they let us know that the module does not support the content plugin.
