Fabulous! Your rapid response is outstanding. Works fine. My only suggestion for the next release is that you may consider moving the "Show Search Form" setting to the "Shared Options" tab to avoid confusion

Regarding the Search Form, I already did hide the "Show Search" under the List Layouts tab prior to my inquiry. The Search Form still appears. I cleared the Joomla cache. I am using the JomSocial Socialize 2 template on the site.   Please advise Thanks

I do understand and agree with that behavior for going forward. I do not understand why it is necessary if I want to return to the previous question before answering the current question. The question came about from one of our test users. Please note that this can be confusing at times. I suggest you reconsider this behavior in future releases. In the meantime, we will add instructions regarding useage of the "Previous" button. Thanks for your consideration.

I do not need the "Discover" and the Search features that appear when I am in a Quiz Category view. How can I hide (or disable/remove) these features?   Thanks

Quiz has 10 questions. One question per page. All questions mandatory. Problem: "Previous" button works only after a question is answered. If "Previous" is clicked prior to answering the question, then the message: This question is required. appears and prevents return to the previous question. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes. The API usually don't change, so doesn't matter when it was last released. Whenever there are API changes, the code will be usually updated in less time. Besides most of the API calls are handled by CjLib component which has last update on a week ago.

Is CjBlog and plugins fully compatible with the latest version of JomSocial? The release dates preceed the JS4.1 release by quite a long time.   Thanks

I need to configure CQ to award points and badges for successfully completed quizzes. I cannot find any instructions how to do this. I am suing JS 4.1   My CQ situation: 4 Levels (1 master category -- 4 sub-categories) of quizzes Level 1: 1 quiz, 10 questions Level 2: 3 quizzes, 10 questions/quiz (30 questions total) Level 3: 3 quizzes, 10 questions/quiz (30 questions total) Level 4: 3 quizzes, 10 questions/quiz (30 questions total)   For each successfully completed quiz, the member is awarded a fixed number of JomSocial User Points -- varies by level For each Level that is completed, the member is awarded a badge. The badges earned will appear on their profile. How can this be accomplished? Do I need to purchase an additional component to make this work? I see a reference to your CjBlog component and an integrated Badge award system. Is this what I need to purchase?   Thanks for your assistance

OK. I thought that was the answer. I would suggest a future feature that would allow questions to be repurposed and reassigned in the manner that I was seeking. All questions would appear in a central repository, then the questions can be assigned as desired. This would follow the standard Joomla model of assigning content to categories and subcategories.

My current setup: 1. I have 10 tests. 2. All tests are included within a single category   3. Each test has 10 questions. 4. Each test has 10 pages. 5. Each question appears on a single page.     New setup I am planning a new series of quizzes 1. There are 4 categories 2. Category 1 has a single test with 10 questions 3. Categories 2, 3 and 4 each have 3 tests, with 10 questions on each test (30 questions for each of the 3 categories) 4. Each question appears on a single page 5. All questions that appear in the current setup will also be used in the new setup, but rearranged into different categories and respective tests   My question: Is it possible to copy a question from the current setup, and into the desired location of the new setup? I would like to avoid reentering all of the questions, if at all possible

    December 10 at 9:54 pm

I have 10 quizzes in a single category. In menu item/type "Quizzes List View", they are listed from the last (quiz 10) at the top of the list, to the first (quiz 1) at the bottom of the list. Is there a way to reverse the order in which they are displayed? I want to display quiz 1 at the top of the list.   You can view this at: http://stockasino.brainwager.com/index.php?option=com_communityquiz&view=quizzes&Itemid=229

    November 21 at 12:39 am

In Quiz edit view, the Main Menu dropdown falls behind the Quiz editing navigation menu. This prevents selecting those items that appear on the Main Menu that are covered by the Quiz navbar.

    November 21 at 12:31 am

The title box in which to display a question is much too narrow -- displays only about 25 characters. This should be a wide textarea box rather than a single line text box.

    November 21 at 12:27 am

I added a page. I want to move a question to the new page. I click the move icon. The dialog box opens aligned to the far right of the browser. Only a portion of the box is visible since it partially aligns past the border and cannot be moved. There is no way visible to select the page to which to move the question.

New Installation JomSocial 4 with Socialize 2 template Joomla ver 3.4.5   I installed all Quiz menu options for testing and discovered many bugs. As follows: 1. BUG - Categories List: Displays the categories and the links to the category. Clicking on the link opens the "Cetegory" menu type. Clicking on the name of the category DOES NOT display the quizzes that are contained in that category 2. BUG - Category: Clicking on the name of the category DOES NOT display the quizzes that are contained in that category 3. BUG - Quiz Search Layout: Clicking the Search button opens  to the JomSocial homepage (which is currently the website's homepage) 4. BUG - Quizzes List View: Opens the page which says "Categories" -- no links to anything are displayed 5. BUG - Single Quiz: Blows out the website template -- displays as a standalone page without the website's headers and main menu navigation   Hopefully these issues can be quickly resolved.
