There is only one more module which is Community Polls Module. It already shows listings as per the options that you select. -

Ok. I now realize that I was counting the categories module. But the Polls module does not have an explicit option like in the Random Poll module to show/hide... -

Yes, anyone can develop a simple plugin as documented and can pull in content whatever they want into the profile page. -

They will have no interest in doing that I don't think, but are you saying it will be very easy for a developer to pull their content into your profile page? -
