That's a perfect query, I don't see any error. However when I copy paste that sql to my sql editor, I can see a space between count and "(*)" text. So count (*) as votes should be count(*) as votes Line 3513 of components/com_communitysurveys/models/survey.php question_id, answer_id, column_id, count(*) as votes I can see no space in above code, not sure how it came in your query. but anyway please check the file once. -

This is a known isssue, it will be fixed in next version. Both tab content is same, just the tab displayed twice. -

I am not sure what code hacks you are doing, when I install the latest version it come back to normally. I can't see any issue with creating questions. can you let me know steps to reproduce? -

These are not issues/bugs. You have not enabled the required options hence they are not shown. 1. You had not enabled "Show Answers" or "Show Report" option of your quiz and hence not shown. I changed the options of your quiz "MySQL Quiz" on your staging server and the result is showing. Please check. 2. It was caused by your custom code modifications. I reinstalled the component on your staging server and everything back to normal. -

You should always test beta versions on test site before using anywhere. Anyway, quick fix is install v3.8.4 and your surveys will be back. Then 1. install the component on your test site2. enable debug mode and error reporting in your global configuration3. now see what errors it show. -

I believe my mail was not reached you. I was looking for website name as well in your mail. Anyway, I searched in your earlier mails and found your staging website. But unfortunately it has lot of errors shown on page and click on edit button on any quiz always takes me to 404 page. -

If you are using v4, you need to migrate surveys using Migrate page on your admin component. However I suggest not to use v4 on production site, it is still beta. -

Will add this. For now you can fix it by following below steps. Edit components/com_communitypolls/controllers/poll.php and find $this->printMessage(json_encode(array('poll'=>$poll)), $anywhere, $callback); Add following code just above that. $poll->notices = $poll->end_message; -

There is a bug in polls which is what preventing you from voting. It is already fixed and will be released tomorrow. Meanwhile, please send me a mail using contact us form, I will provide you the fix. -

Is there any chance of getting a discount for translating the complete language file into German?Presently we do not have any such offer, however I can give you good discount for your purchase. 3. To answer your last question: 1/ Go to Components->Community Surveys->Click on Options button on toolbar->Permission settings tab->Give create permission 2/ Edit your survey and set multiple response restriction method to username.
