The error message shows what went wrong. He must be trying to upload a file of type which is not allowed. Ask him the file extension and see if you allowed it in component options. -

Hi Maverick, a customer find a bug. He want`s to upload an image with his iPad and get`s an error: invalid file Type|RC=2 I tested this with my android Tab, but there i do not have this bug. Can you help? Kind regards -

Very Very good support. we found one of the tables had missing date after the upgrade and Maverick gave me details on how to resolve this. Again very very good support, well worth the cost of this component. lee -

This means the database table was not created or upgraded properly. Installing the component again will usually fix the problem, if not create the column manually using below sql query. ALTER IGNORE TABLE `XXX_survey_responses` ADD COLUMN `state` TINYINT(3) NOT NULL DEFAULT 1; replace XXX with your table prefix. -

For example, I want to create a "Scale" type survey, there are several questions, each question has at least 2 options (yes or no) , some of them may have 4 or more options (such as: apple, banana, pear, peach, melon). The user will anwser each question, choose what he want to choose (you can see that there is no "true" or "correct" answer, just some questions to ask some facts). Then, after he finish ALL questions, the survey will give him a "rating", like a report or summary, tell him that based on what he had choosen for each questions, he belongs to "Group A" or "Group B". And, there will show some explanations about what is "group A" and what is "group B". Can Community Surveys do this? I did not find such a feature in your descriptions about this extension on JED. Thank you. -

Also make sure the tmp directory you have configured in Global Configuration exist and valid directory. -

As I cannot send you the credentials to acces the code of the website, please send me detailed information how to fix this. Thank you -

Thank that seems to now show a map but with only one pin dead center But I have almost a thousend tracks so why are they not showing ? To be honet the Module is not worth showing if it just show a pin dead center. Also why is this happening ? is it an enviroment thing for my system or a code issue. I would like to understand what has happened. thanks for you help lee -
