Morning, I am sorry to say I cant see any differance with the GPX Track Module on the top of this page. It still show "NO Tracks found". So I dont think this issue is resolved. http://bristolmountain.bike/gps-trails lee -

After debugging a lot, the issue found to be with cache. After clearinig cache everything seems to be working normal. -

Can you please send me the file you are uploading? There could be issues with following: -> File size is too big and your server max file upload size is very small. May be your host changed this parameter -> The file is too big to process because of not enough memory. You may want to increase memory limit of your php process. -

NO, I'm quite sure, didn't update or add anything for a while... So will uploading track browser shows uplodain, 32%, 72% than wating and than just a plain white page of death no errors no anything... -

I have investigated this using thre Chrome develper option and I see the error below GET http://bristolmountain.bike/components/com_cjlib/jquery/jquery.form.min.js 404 (Category not found) When I look in /components/com_cjlib/jquery/ the jquery.form.min.js is missing ? So was the .zip package I donwnloaded incomplete or corrupt in some way ? lee -

Morning, I have sent you the details you need via the Contact us link. I have to say I dont know what version I was on before the upgrade. But is had been may be 2 years since it wwas last upgraded. I have installed the lastest version of 3.8 If you need anymore details please let me know. thanks lee -

Go to Global Configuration and set error reporting to development. Now access the page and you should see some error. btw.. did you upgraded anything recently? -

Hi, I'm facing strange problem, it is even stranger considering I didn't change anything on my site. I just tried and I simply can't upload and use new tracks, as a mtter of fact after hitting submi button all I get is the blank white page, I can see those track in dasboard but without any info expect date and clicking on such track again resulats with blank white page!? GPX module shows no tracks after upgrade to latest version. I noticed that all tracks now have the Catagory missing. I have updated 1 track and the GPX module still says No tracks. There is no map or pins just says "No Tracks Found". I have done a refresh on the Categories page and it shows 1 track but GPX module still not showing. Any ideas lee -

Have you run through migration script? Go to administrator/index.php?option=com_communityanswers&view=migrate&layout=v4 and start migration. -

updated my site from 2.5 to 3. but everytime I try updating com answers from 3 to 4 it doesnt update the catagories I have leaving all the questions catagoryless. -
